Sacred Bloom Health Foundation is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for women in underserved communities, through community outreach, culturally responsive health education, preventive screenings, connections to care and Bloom Access follow-up support.
Our work focuses on prevention, early awareness, and helping women access trusted health resources before chronic illness becomes a crisis.
Through this work, Sacred Bloom is expanding to partner with local libraries across Houston to deliver quarterly community-based health education sessions focused on prevention, mental health awareness, obesity, and cardiovascular health.
Together with our community partners in Houston, Texas, and across the USA, we're making real change in women's health.

We deliver community-centered programs that empower women to take charge of their health through education, prevention, screening, and access to care.
Interactive workshops designed to improve health literacy and empower women to take charge of their health.
Community outreach events providing health education, wellness resources, and connections to preventive care services.
Partnered screenings through healthcare organizations, mobile clinics, and public health partners. These may include blood pressure screening, cardiovascular risk assessments, diabetes and metabolic screening, and breast health education resources.
Bloom Access is our follow-up support model designed to help women take action after screenings and health events by connecting them to care, resources, and continued health education.
The Sacred Bloom Women’s Health Summit is our flagship community health event bringing together healthcare professionals, public health partners, and community organizations to expand access to health education, preventive screenings, and wellness resources.
